Beijing ecological attractions

Beijing David's Deer Park Museum, in Nanhaizi, Daxing County, Beijing, is a research organization for the protection of the David's deer. It is also an outdoor ecological museum. During the Yuan (1271-1368), Ming (1368-1644), and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties, the park served as the imperial hunting ground. The History of the David's Deer Exhibition, a must-see, comprises a natural and cultural history of the David's deer, as well as the history of the park, and accompanying artifacts.

Located in Anding Town of Daxing District, Yulin Ancient Mulberry Park is the largest ancient mulberry garden in North China. It's known for a variety of ancient mulberry trees and delicious mulberry.

The Shidu (Ten Crossing) Scenic Area is located on the upper and middle reaches of the Juma River in the Fangshan District. It is the largest scenic area featuring limestone, peak, and river valley in North China. Covering an area of 301 square kilometers, it has beautiful mountains and rivers, precipitous cliffs, forests, deep ponds, and elegantly-shaped rocks.

Located in Qinglonghu Town of Fangshan District, only 28 kilometers away from Beijing Downtown Area, Qinglonghu Water Park is the largest water park of Beijing Downtown Area. It offers amazing water scenery as well as a variety of entertainments, including high speed motorboat, dragon boat and pedalo.

Located in Fangshan district, 50 kilometers away from Beijing downtown area, the Shihua (Stone Flower) Cave, formerly named Qian Zhen Cave, is one of the biggest caves in China. It is famous for its beautiful stalactites, stone curtains, stone piliars and stone flowers.  Somewhere like caves in Guilin.
